your order number and details. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and changes or

We have a 30-day return policy. For customers in the USA, UK, and Australia, we offer free returns.
Customers in other countries will need to cover return shipping fees. Please contact us first via email

How do I initiate a return?


To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and
attach pictures or a video of the product. We will provide you with the appropriate warehouse
address to send the returned item.

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or similar addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are possible but
