Free Returns: 30-Day Free Return Policy
 You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.
 Free returns are available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and
Australia.
 Customers from other countries are responsible for paying return charges, fees, and any applicable customs duties.


Conditions applied for Product Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Received Not as Per Description and Specifications
    The product does not match the description, specifications, or images provided on our website.
  2. Defective or Damaged Product
    The item received is defective, damaged, or not functioning as per description or specification.
  3. Wrong Item Delivered
    A different product from what was ordered was received.
  4. Size or Fit Issue
    The item does not fit or the size is incorrect based on the provided size chart.
  5. Missing Parts or Accessories
    The product is missing components, parts, or accessories that should have been included as per description.
    For any of the above reasons, please ensure you contact us first via email to initiate the return process as per our policy guidelines.
    Please Note: We do not accept returns for “Changed Mind or Unsatisfactory Purchase” (means you have changed your mind, or the item does not meet your expectations). We encourage you to carefully consider your choices before making a purchase.

Return Process

 Before initiating a return, you must email us first. We will only accept or approve returns when you contact us via email before sending the item back. We will get back to you within the next 24 hours (business days).
 We recommend recording a video while unboxing the received package to ensure you have
solid proof of its condition upon arrival.
 In your email, please include:
o Order detail; order number and item detail.
o Pictures of the product you wish to return.
o A short video showing the issue or concern with the product. You can attach this video or provide a link to it.

 The product must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original
packaging.
 While sending the return product: We also request that you record a video while packaging
and preparing the item for return to ensure everything is in order, and share with us on
email.


Important Return Instructions
 Please do not send the returned product directly to our office address listed in the “Contact Us” section or elsewhere on our website. Instead, once we receive your initial email
notifying us of the return, we will provide you with the appropriate warehouse address for the return.
 We have multiple warehouses and suppliers across USA, China, UK, and Australia to facilitate easier returns for our customers.
 Once we receive the returned product, all conditions outlined in this policy will be checked and verified before further processing. Return Approval & Processing
 Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
 When approved, we will process the refund, replacement, or store credit as per your choice.
 Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return has been received and inspected. If passed 15 business days and you do not receive any response from our side, please feel free to write to us on email.
Free Return Options (USA, UK, Australia)
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries (applicable for free return) have the following options once your return is approved:

  1. Replacement of the returned item.
  2. A new item purchase of equal value. You will receive a coupon of equivalent value that can be used at checkout for a new item purchase from our webstore.
  3. Full refund, which can be issued as:
    o Store credit (in shape of a lifetime coupon to be used once) for future shopping on our website.
    OR
    o A direct refund to your credit card, or payment service used during purchase.
    *For all of the above options, please return the product to the address we provide via email, and ensure you follow the return policy guidelines outlined here.
    Courier Charges for Free Returns (USA, UK, Australia) While returning the product, kindly pay the courier charges upfront to your assigned courier by
    yourself and share the original courier receipt with us via email, along with the order number and relevant details.
     For option no. 1 from above – Replacement: You will be issued a free coupon of equal value
    of courier charges you paid, which you can use one time for your future shopping on our webstore.
     For option no. 2 from above – A new item purchase of equal value: We will add the same amount in the coupon issued to you earlier or issue you a new/second free coupon covering your courier charges only. Your 1st coupon will also be intact.
     For option no. 3 from above – Full Refund: we will refund your order value including the courier charges you paid.

    We understand that returns can sometimes be inconvenient, and we apologize in advance for any
    difficulties this may cause. We are here to help and ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible
    for you.
    Additional Notes
     Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our
    error may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return request.
     We do not cover any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning an item.
     Returns that do not follow this policy may be refused and returned to the sender at their
    expense.
